Ole Miss v. TCU on New Year’s Eve: Peach Bowl Preview

ATLANTA, Ga.–Ole Miss is looking to beat TCU Wednesday in the annual Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, and it promises to be a worthy match-up to end a spectacular 2014 for the Rebels.

The game will kick off at 11:30, central, and you can catch it on ESPN.

The Rebs ar 9-3 for the season, and No.9, while the TCU Horned Frogs are 11-1, and No.6.

“I think they’re both really athletic, legit teams,” said Max Engel, columnist with the Star-Telegram in Ft. Worth. He talked with Richard Cross on Head to Head Monday.

Engel said he believes both teams have evenly-match defensive sides. On the offense, it’ll be Trevon Boykin going up against Ole Miss Quarterback Bo Wallace.

MAX ENGEL INTERVIEW

“TCU has an SEC caliber defense. I don’t know if they’re necessarily gonna win, but I think they have a defense that can play with an offense from Ole Miss, that, even though from my perspective is a little erratic, is still high-quality with a lot of potential playmakers.”

The game is being played at a neutral site in the Georgia Dome.
