HOLLYWOOD, Calif.- An Ole Miss student got a chance of a lifetime, by not only passing through to the next round of American Idol, but the gutsy 20-year-old got to dance with judge, Jennifer Lopez.
Michael Simeon blew the judges away with his rendition of ‘Stay with me’ by Sam Smith and then after getting a unanimous yes from the judges, he looked at Jennifer Lopez and said, “I have a question for you.” Simeon asked Lopez, “Would you dance with me?”
How could she resist this Mississippi boy’s charm?
While Simeon and Jennifer slow danced, Keith Urban played guitar and Harry Connick, Jr. was on the piano as they all sang ‘Stay with me’.
