Ole Miss continues to headline the NIL landscape in college football, this time with quarterback Jaxson Dart making history by signing a deal that is considered to be the first of its kind.
First reported by On3’s Pete Nakos, Dart has become the first college athlete to partner with an international private aviation company. The signal-caller is linking up with Nicholas Air, an Oxford-based company.
Under the conditions of the Utah native’s deal with Nicholas Air, Dart will be granted an unspecified amount of time to use the company’s fleet of private jets for travel, training, and philanthropic opportunities.

Dart wrapped up his second season at Ole Miss throwing for 3,364 yards, 23 touchdowns, and just five interceptions. He also helped lead the Rebels to the program’s first-ever 11-win season which was capped off by a 38-25 Peach Bowl victory against Penn State.
After declining to toss his hat in the ring for a chance to give the NFL a go, Dart will return to Oxford as one of the most highly regarded quarterbacks in college football ahead of his senior campaign. Joining a long list of returners from last year’s squad and newcomers via the transfer portal, Dart will be given the task of working to lead Ole Miss to its first-ever playoff appearance.
