Over the weekend, Ole Miss and Mississippi State landed talented transfers from SEC programs.
The Rebels received a commitment from UGA safety Otis Reese, who hasn’t been able to make his way into the Bulldogs’ starting lineup during his two seasons in Athens.

Reese tallied just 16 total tackles at UGA with most of his playing time coming on special teams. The former 4-star recruit will have to sit out the upcoming season unless he’s granted a waiver by the NCAA.
Temple grad-transfer TE Kenny Yeboah also announced his intention to finish his college career at Ole Miss.

Ole Miss signed just 12 players during the early signing period, and ahead of National Signing Day, they hosted several top targets for official visits this weekend. During the visit, 4-star RB Henry Parrish, committed to the Rebels after the Miami native de-committed from Pitt in December.

Parrish had also taken an official visit to FAU in 2019 when new Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin was in Boca.
Mississippi State got a big addition on the offensive line as Alabama grad-transfer OL Scott Lashley will join the Bulldogs for the 2020 season, according to 24/7 Sports. Standing at 6’7, the West Point native appeared in 19 games during his time in Tuscaloosa.
Lashley, a former 4-star recruit, was briefly committed to the Bulldogs in May 2015 before committing to Alabama.
