OXFORD, Miss.- All-American Left Tackle Laremy Tunsil was arrested on domestic violence charges after an incident occurred with his stepfather. Now he and his stepfather both have filed charges against each other.
Tunsil turned himself into authorities last Thursday night, after he allegedly assaulted his stepfather, Lindsey Miller. Tunsil claims it was in defense of his mother, Desiree Tunsil.
Miller denies reports stating that he pushed Tunsil’s mother. He also alleges that Tunsil struck him six or seven times.
The Clarion-Ledger reports that Miller learned of the charges pressed against him on Monday, and plans to turn himself in to authorities on Tuesday.
Tunsil was projected to be a top-five draft pick in next year’s draft.
