In my daily video diary, I said it was Day 37, but I was mistaken, and I didn’t realize it until just a second ago, so we’ll just act like I said Day 38. Sound good?
Day 38 was an “active recovery” day that involved some light bike-time and a lot of stretching and foam rolling, to help my body recover from the spike in exertion surrounding my first 5k! There will be some changes coming down the pipe for Operation Healthy State, but I plan to continue documenting my fitness journey for as long as you’ll continue to watch my silly antics. You are the reason I continue when I fell like giving up, and I thank you for taking time out of your day to keep me honest with my workouts!
