JACKSON, Miss. – Those in Mississippi who start their morning off with a cup of Joe, should be pleased to find out it’s keeping the grim reaper at bay.
A new study finds, it doesn’t matter if it’s regular or decaf, those that throw back the Java are less likely to die from heart disease, type 2 diabetes, neurological disease or even commit suicide.
The study was done by Mind Ding, a doctoral student at the Harvard School of Public Health.
Findings also revealed that those who have even four cups a day, are still reducing their risk of death.
