BILOXI, Miss- A Biloxi woman is safe today after her neighbors helped her get away from a possible kidnapper.
Police said the neighbors, who became concerned after they heard loud arguing inside a home, walked out to check on it and saw a man pulling the woman from her house and trying to force her into a truck. The neighbors were able to help the woman break free, pinned Elvin Holly to the ground, and kept him there until police arrived.
Holly is charged with burglary and attempted kidnapping. Investigators said he could face an additional misdemeanor charge of violating a court restraining order the woman had placed against him.
