The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) has confirmed 953 new cases of COVID-19.
Thursday’s report brings the state’s total number of cases to 819,503. With zero additional reported deaths, the number of Mississippians who have passed away as a result of the virus stands at 12,489. In addition, there are 110 ongoing outbreaks in long-term care facilities.
As of June 13, 1,552,352 Mississippians have been fully vaccinated.
