The Mississippi State Department of Health is reporting 970 new COVID-19 cases.
Today’s report brings the state’s total number of cases up to 118,587. With the confirmation 8 additional deaths, 3,310 Mississippians have now passed away from the virus.
Hospitalization data has not yet been updated in the latest report from the MSDH.
As of Monday, an estimated 101,385 Mississippians have recovered from COVID-19.
