The Mississippi State Department of Health is confirming 1,700 new cases of COVID-19.
Saturday’s report, which also includes 36 additional deaths, brings the state’s total number of cases up to 192,111. So far, 4,390 Mississippians have passed away from the virus.
As the outbreak continues to worsen in the Magnolia State, State Health Officer Dr. Thomas Dobbs found it to be a proper time to show people the comparison between Alabama and Mississippi in terms of recent numbers, saying that “The fault…..is not in our stars, but in ourselves.”
Compare recent trends with AL. COVID Failure is not inevitable.
