MOSS POINT, Miss.- A ground breaking ceremony will be held in Moss Point for a new police station.
According to the Mississippi Press, they will break ground on the two-story building on Friday. The new station will be located on Bellview Avenue. There will be administrative offices, court rooms, meeting spaces, and evidence room, and holding cells for men and women.
The building will cost approximately $4 million dollars and will be built by Orocon Company LLC. Officials expect it to be completed by January 2017.
