SOUTH MISSISSIPPI- The annual MLK Jr. Coastwide Celebration kicks off this week.
The month is filled with events for everyone including panel discussions, youth summits, inspirational church services and a parade.
This is a time in which Mississippians get together and celebrate the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. and his legacy as one of the nations most recognizable figures during the Civil Rights era.
