News Mississippi discovered some Mississippians have been contemplating that question after Brittany Maynard of California died Saturday. She moved to Oregon where she was prescribed lethal drugs legally under the State’s Death With Dignity Act. Maynard decided to die on her own terms after doctors diagnosed her with brain cancer in January, saying she would only have months to live.
