SENATOBIA, Miss.- Using almost nothing but duct tape, cousins from Senatobia High School made some unique outfits to wear to their prom.
The aspiring fashion designer and her cousin came in first place winning $10,000 each in scholarships for the creative wardrobes and another $5,000 for their school.
Kechantra Ward, 17, and Jeffery Patton, 16, spent nearly 102 hours putting together the gown and tux using 28 rolls of duct tape, they even made shoes.
Smaller cash prizes of $5,000 and $3,000 were also handed out to the second and third place designers.
