Mississippi State got the win on Saturday, but an injury to starting QB Tommy Stevens was a cause for concern. Stevens left the game after taking a few hits in the 2nd quarter, and the severity of the injury is unknown at this time.
If Stevens isn’t ready on Saturday, it’ll either be freshman Garrett Shrader or junior Keytaon Thompson under center for the Bulldogs when they take on Kansas State in Starkville.
