Rogers chose Mississippi State over offers from Auburn, Missouri, and North Carolina State. He is rated as the 63rd best outside linebacker in the nation by 247Sports.com, and is the second Florida native to commit to the Bulldogs, joining his teammate, safety Myzel Williams. Rogers is the 11th commitment for Mississippi State in the 2021 class, ranked 49th in the 247 Composite Rankings.
