Germaine McDonnell, Executive Director for the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science joined Dave Hughes (filling in for Paul Gallo) this morning to discuss MSMS, what it is, who it’s for, and the opportunities the school can offer to it’s students. MSMS is the state of Mississippi’s only public, residential high school specifically designed to meet the needs of the States most academically gifted and talented students. They offer over 100 courses, and all classes are taught on the honors level or higher.
