JACKSON, Miss. – Mississippi Public Universities have reached record numbers.
Over 81,000 are enrolled across the state, that makes it largest fall enrollment in the states history.
Dr. Glenn Boyce, is the commissioner of higher education, she spoke with WCBI and said the numbers show that students understand the value of a higher education.
The three most populated schools are Ole Miss, MSU followed by Southern Miss. The Rebels are the largest with just over 23-thousand students.
