Imagine missing out on winning a share of a $1.28 billion Mega Millions jackpot by one number!
It happened to a Biloxi man, who matched four of the five Megaplier numbers in the July 29 Mega Millions drawing. The winning numbers were 13, 36,45, 57, and 67 with the Megaplier number of 14. His ticket matched all but one number, 67.
So how much do you win when you get that close? Don’t feel too bad for him given he won $20,000 as a consolation.
The Mega Millions jackpot for Friday night’s drawing is at $99 million.
