Friday night lights have been turned on for another big season of high school football in Mississippi.
While schools playing in the Midsouth Association of Independent Schools (MAIS) have already kicked off their seasons, this is the first full week of play for schools competing in the Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA).
