On the way from Canada to New Orleans on a bicycle, killed in north Mississippi. One of Lain Gerard’s last stops, SUN Studios to see where Mississippi native Elvis Presley recorded his first records. It was in north Mississippi that he veered into the wrong lane on Hwy. 61 and was hit by a big rig. His friends say He wanted to see the Blues Trail and why he died on the Blues highway, investigators don’t know.
SUGAR SHACK SHOOTING
A shooting outside the Sugar Shack. That’s a nightclub in Meridian. A woman gunned down early Monday morning. She’s alive and now Meridian cops say they have Quanntionious Carlisle under arrest.

BODY FOUND
Body found in Southaven on I-55 by a trucker Tuesday. Police said it’s a homeless who camped in the area. No word on how he died.

Smacked by a car in Lowndes County, these two teenagers managed to get back up on their own two feet and go for help. It happened Tuesday night about 9, reports WCBI. They were hit on Hwy. 373 and now MHP is looking for a silver 98 Honda Accord with a missing passenger side mirror.
