An uncle and his three nieces are being treated at local hospitals after the man was said to have been driving drunk in Rankin County before flipping the vehicle they were in.
According to WLBT, the white GMC Yukon rolled over in a person’s front yard in the 800 block of Riverplace in the Riverchase community in Brandon. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found empty alcohol bottles scattered about both inside and outside the vehicle.

The man was transported to the University of Mississippi Medical Center while the girls – aged 4, 12, and 13 – were taken to Children’s of Mississippi. As of the most recent report from the Jackson TV station, only minor injuries were suffered.
As of now, no names have been released but the uncle is expected to face a DUI charge upon discharge from the hospital.
