The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency has announced a new app that will allow you to stay up to date with live weather conditions and alerts.
The app will give you access to current weather conditions, live radar, an interactive emergency kit list, real time social media posts, and preparedness sections for all-hazards, news alerts, videos and interactive content.
The app comes just in time for the most recent tropical storm Mississippi is facing, Nate.
“The people who download our app will be updated on all the information on where people can go for assistance, points of distribution for food and water and all the information they need,” said Lee Smithson, Director of MEMA.
