LAUREL, Miss. – The party is not over for this tea partier. State Senator Chris McDaniel is appealing his challenge to the June 24 Primary against incumbent Sen. Thad Cochran. He
filed the notice Friday in Jones County Circuit Court.
Last week a judge dismissed McDaniel’s lawsuit, saying he waited too late to file it.
