JACKSON, Miss.- A campaign against growing marijuana has led to the arrest of 32 people in 37 counties by the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.
MBN Director Sam Owens said agents seized 1,376 marijuana plants.
The 32 people arrested have all been charged with manufacture of marijuana.
The MBN’s outdoor domestic cannabis eradication program was funded by a grant from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and ran from April 22 to October 31 this year.
