A Marshall County supervisor and his son have been indicted on grand larceny charges, according to the local sheriff’s office.
District 3 Supervisor Keith Taylor and his son, Pete Taylor, were among a trio of individuals indicted on two counts of grand larceny. The other indicted was a man by the name of Jacob Wilson, of Benton County.
The three men allegedly stole up to $25,000 worth of wheat from Yates Construction, LLC in May 2024. They are also accused of stealing $1,000 worth of water from the Marshall County Water Association in July 2024.
Each faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $20,000 if convicted. Their court dates are set for next month.
