An alleged predator wanted out of Florida on multiple charges for sex crimes against a minor has been detained in Ridgeland.
Police report that Ladarrius Rasheed Martin, 37, was pulled over for a traffic violation near Old Canton Road and William Boulevard on Saturday. That was when law enforcement discovered the subject had active arrest warrants for four counts of felony sexual assault of a minor out of Escambia County, Florida.
Martin, a Ridgeland native, was handcuffed and taken to the Madison County Detention Center where he awaits extradition to the Sunshine State.
