KOSCIUSKO, Miss.–Crashing right through the wall of a business in Kosciusko, a man apparently had a good excuse. He had been shot at a store right down the street. The business, Spot Cash Tire and Appliance, was closed and nobody was inside.
Breezynews.com reported the wreck happened Sunday evening about 6:30. Spot Cash is on Hwy. 12. On the other side of Hwy. 12, and down the road just a few hundred yards is Adams Grocery, a business that has been targeted by Kosciusko Police in the past for drug activity.
Police did not confirm there was a shooting there, but witnesses told Breezynews, the local radio station, that they heard the shooting.
Apparently the man who was shot drove away and ended up crashing into Spot Cash.
He ended up in the hospital and was treated for his gunshot wound and for injuries from the wreck.
