GRENADA, Miss.- Going out for your nightly walk with your dog? Might want to be careful. 32-year-old Joshua Lee Harvey is currently sitting in the Grenada County Jail after he apparently shot a man as he was walking his dog.
WTVA reports that Jaton Ratliff, 45, was going to take his dog out for a walk Friday night on Bell street in Grenada, when he was shot in the chest. He was able to identify Harvey as the shooter before he was taken to the hospital, and eventually airlifted for further medical treatment.
Harvey was arrested a short time after, and was charged with aggravated assault.
He’s being held on a $35,000 bond.
