Man Gets 20 Years for Growing Pot

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. – He will spend the next 20 years in prison for growing pot. Roger Tejas-Silva was arrested back in January after firefighters were called to his house in Harrison County. They found Teja-Silva trying to put a fire out with a garden hose, they also found 37 pounds of marijuana. The fire started from all the equipment he was using to grow it.

This week he plead guilty to growing the stuff but denies selling it, even though he did not have a job or any means financial support.
