MERIDIAN, Miss. — He purposely exposed someone to HIV and now Laderrick Rencher is going to jail.
“(Circuit) Judge Lester Williamson threw the book at this guy, who took advantage of a
vulnerable person,” said Attorney General Hood in a statement released to news Mississippi.
Rencher will serve 10 years in jail and pay $630 in fines. He pleaded guilty to the crime which was committed last January when the victim and Rencher were both patients at Alliance Health Center in Meridian.
