GULFPORT, Miss.- A man from Saucier has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.
He plead guilty to sexually assaulting a child after he was accused of sexual misconduct during a family gathering.
29-year-old Hal Benton Broadus will spend 20 years in prison without the eligibility of parole. He will then serve 5 years with post-release supervision. Broadus will also be registered as a sex offender.
The incident happened in March of 2014 reports the Sun Herald.
