GULFPORT, Miss. — An Oceans Springs man has admitted to conspiracy to violate a trade agreement with Russia. He was going to transport Poultry to the country at higher temperatures than required.
Terry White was a warehouse supervisor for Gulf Coast Cold Storage in 2009 when he told employees to write a false report and restack loads of chicken onto ships to hide ones that were considered too warm. He could face 5 years in prison and a quarter million dollar fine.
Two other supervisors at the business have trial set for June 3.
