LEAKE COUNTY, MISS– A man that police say was armed and dangerous has turned himself in to the Leake County deputies.
Leake County deputies say L.C. Sheppared Jr. turned himself in Monday night. Police say he was wanted for the murder of Russell Ross, that happened Saturday.
