One person is now on the other side of the fence after allegedly sneaking drugs into a Kemper County correctional facility.

The Kemper County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday the arrest of Yul Delbrico Fitzgerald Nason. Nason is charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and two counts of introduction of contraband into a correctional facility.

According to the sheriff’s office, Nason snuck methamphetamine and marijuana into the Kemper/Neshoba Regional Correctional Facility. Nason was alleged to have been communicating with one of four people arrested in August on similar charges with CashApp payments reportedly showing Nason received money for the delivery of drugs for inmates inside to distribute.

Nason was arrested at his home in Jackson by the U.S. Marshals Service and is being transported to Kemper County.
