MADISON, Miss.- Narcotics investigators finished up an ongoing investigation with the arrest of a Madison family.
Officers arrested Adam Byrd Hillman IV, Adam Hillman, and Katherine Baker after finding several containers of marijuana in Adam Hillman IV’s room. They also recovered $2,000. In a seperate room controlled by Adam Hillman, the father, they found more bags of pot along with paraphernalia. They, along with Baker were taken from the scene.
The wife and mother, who was not charged in connection to the investigation was allowed to remain at the home to take care of their 16 year old special needs child.
Adam Hillman was charged with Simple Possession of Marijuana and contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Adam Byrd Hillman was charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Child Endangerment. Katherine Baker was charged with Simple Possession of Marijuana.
They appeared before a judge today.
