RANKIN COUNTY, Miss.–A log truck that was stuck in the mud and was being pulled out ended up backing over and crushing its owner Wednesday afternoon at a work site in Rankin County. OSHA is now looking into what happened.
Killed was Glen Ray Fuller, 41, of Brookhaven.
Deputies said the truck was loaded with about 80,000 lbs. of logs and was being towed by another vehicle while Fuller worked to make sure everything was ready. He ended up underneath the truck and the investigation is to determine how that happened.
Fuller owned the truck and was working as a contractor for C&G Timber out of Lincoln County.
WLBT reported Fuller was a single father of three teenagers.
