D’IBERVILLE, Miss.–Pills have gotten 3 Doors Down founding member and bassist Todd Harrell in trouble before and it looks like that may be what’s happening again. In a rerun of what’s happened before, Harrell was arrested and charged with DUI other, second offense, by D’Iberville Police.
News Mississippi affiliate WOSM reported that Harrell was arrested around 7 p.m. Tuesday. He was found in a parked car, slumped over, said police.
The charge means that police believe he was under the influence of something other than alcohol.
Harrel was just recently fined $1,000 and sentenced to two days jail time for the same charge from July 2012. His jail time was suspended, on the condition the he stay out of trouble.
Harrell’s biggest troubles may go further than that, though. He was arrested and has yet to stand trial in Nashville on a charge of vehicular manslaughter. Police there say he was intoxicated when he caused a wreck that killed a man last year.
