A Mississippi daycare owner has been charged after a pair of children were found wandering on the highway.
Wendy Hood, who owns Wee Kids Daycare in Kosciusko, was charged with child neglect. Per Breezy News, the children under her care were found on October 4 on Highway 35 North and removed from the roadway before any harm occurred.
Hood turned herself in to the Kosciusko Police Department.
