Mississippi comedy fans will have more than one opportunity to see world-famous comedian and actor Kevin Hart as he has added a second show in Jackson.
In addition to his already-scheduled Saturday, May 25 show, the Emmy and Grammy nominee has decided to stick around town for one more day. On Monday, he announced a second show for Sunday, May 26. Both performances, part of Hart’s “Brand New Material” tour, will take place at Thalia Mara Hall.
Over the years, Hart has become a Hollywood powerhouse, opening 11 films at number one at the box office and grossing more than $4.23 billion in global revenue. Hailed as one of the highest-earning stand-up comedians of 2019 by Forbes, Hart has sold out arenas during his previous tours, with his “Reality Check” stand-up performance being ranked the highest-grossing comedy tour of 2022 and 2023 on Billboard.
The Pennsylvania native has also broken records in his hometown stand-up performance at the Lincoln Financial Field during his “What Now” tour, marking the first time a comedian sold out an NFL stadium in Philadelphia.
Tickets for the Sunday Jackson performance will be available on presale on Tuesday at 10 a.m. General sales will begin on Thursday at 10 a.m.
