BRANDON, Miss.–Having child pornography posted to his Tumblr account has landed Justin Lee Goldsmith of Brandon in prison for the next five years. The judge gave him 40 years, but suspended all but five.
Goldsmith was caught after a tip from the National Centers for Missing and Exploited Children that he was posting child pornography under the screen name “incestisbest123”.
Goldsmith, 20, threw himself on the mercy of the court for sentencing by Judge William E. Chapman.
“We thank Judge Chapman for helping us put another predator behind bars,” said Atty. Gen. Jim Hood.
Goldsmith also has to serve five years probation when he gets out, pay a $1,000 fine to the children’s trust fund and has to register as a sex offender for life.
