The largest and most realistic dinosaur exhibit on tour will be making two stops in Mississippi this year.
Jurassic Quest, a traveling interactive dinosaur experience, is slated to set up shop in Jackson this spring and in Biloxi this summer. From May 9-11, folks in or near the capital city will have the chance to encounter a 60-foot-long, sky-scraping Spinosaurus, an 80-foot-long Apatosaurus, and a life-size T.rex, among others. Folks along the Gulf Coast can enjoy the same three-day event from August 15-17.

The exhibit also features
- A one-of-a-kind interactive raptor training experience
- Walking dinosaur rides and stationary dinosaur rides, including some of the largest rideable dinosaurs in North America
- Dino bounce houses, bungee pull, games, and other inflatables
- “Tricera-tots” – a soft play space for young children
- Fossil digs, Jurassic jeeps, crafts and a coloring station, and a fossil experience
- THE QUEST – an interactive challenge that leads adventurers through 10 clues with the chance to earn a reward
The event in Jackson will be held in the Convention Complex on Pascagoula St., whereas the Biloxi exhibit will be located in the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center on Beach Blvd. Ticket pricing and other information can be found here.
