Cold weather may be battering the Mississippi Gulf Coast right now, but The Sound Amphitheater has announced a hot lineup of artists coming to Gautier this spring.
On Saturday, April 19, hip-hop enthusiasts will be in for a treat with Jeezy, Waka Flocka Flame, Juvenile, and Sean Kingston taking the main stage at the outdoor venue. The concert will begin at 8 p.m.

Jeezy — Best known for his role in producing the songs “Put On,” “Love In This Club,” and “Soul Survivor,” the South Carolina native is credited for pioneering the efforts to create the “trap music” subgenre of hip-hop. Jeezy has also collaborated with some of the most popular icons in music.
Waka Flocka Flame — The Atlanta rapper is a common name in the industry and rose to popularity with his energetic style of trap music. His greatest hits include “No Hands” and “Hard In Da Paint.”
Juvenile — A blast from the past, the New Orleans rapper rose to fame in the late 1990s and early 2000s for his work with Birdman’s Cash Money Records. Some of his best hits include “Back That Azz Up” and “Slow Motion.”
Sean Kingston — The reggae singer and hip-hop artist from Miami skyrocketed to popularity in 2007 with his hits “Beautiful Girls” and “Take You There,” before making a splash once more in 2010 alongside Justin Bieber in the catchy tune “Eenie Meenie.”
