Johnson, a native of Enterprise, Ala., has won multiple awards since coming on to the country scene in 2007. His first big hit, “Give It Away,” was declared song of the year by both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association. He followed it up with “In Color,” which was named song of the year by both organizations in 2009. He’s also been nominated for a handful of Grammys.
This won’t be Johnson’s first time in Brandon as he also made a stop alongside Blackberry Smoke and Ella Langley in 2022.
