An investigation continues after a teenager was shot and killed in the Delta last week.
Assistant Police Chief with the Greenville PD Michael Merchant confirmed that a 15-year-old boy was riding his bike on Robertshaw Street when he was shot multiple times on Wednesday night around 8:00.
Police and other emergency personnel responded to the scene and tried to revive him. They were unsuccessful, and the unidentified teen died at the scene.
Merchant said that while the investigation is ongoing there is no suspect information or motive known at this time.
