CLAY COUNTY, Miss. – A Clay County inmate is on the run this afternoon. Marquis Boyd is a 20-year-old black man, 5-foot-7 and weighs about 115 pounds. He broke out of the Clay County Detention Center this morning. Boyd was being held there on three counts of armed robbery.
