VICKSBURG, Miss.- On Wednesday night authorities say that the Mississippi Department of Transportation Office of Enforcement seized around 140 pounds of pot.
The weed was found after a freight-liner tractor and trailer was stopped on I-20 and an inspection station.
The driver was carrying canned olives from California to Florida.
There were multiple duffel bags with the drugs inside. Each bag contained vacuum-sealed plastic bags with the pot.
The drugs are worth $3,000 to $4,000 dollars a pound.
The driver, 32-year-old Nertil Xhelo of Florida was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and is being held in the Warren County jail.
