Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter Hozier will be making a stop in Mississippi as part of his extended Unreal Unearth Tour.
The “Take Me To Church” singer will take the stage in Southaven at the Bankplus Amphitheater on Thursday, April 25. The stop in the Magnolia State was announced on Thursday along with 36 additional tour dates in 2024.
The Unreal Unearth Tour, which has so far included 30 shows across 27 cities in the U.S. and Canada, continues a sold-out run for Hozier. This year alone, the Irish singer has performed in front of over 250,000 fans. Fall performances have included stops at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado and Madison Square Garden in New York.
At age 22, Hozier reached the second spot on the Billboard charts with his signature hit. In 2013, “Take Me To Church” was one of the most streamed songs on Spotify while also notching a Grammy nomination for song of the year.
“Take Me To Church” paved the way for Hozier’s first full-length debut. The self-titled album, Hozier, included additional songs such as “Someone New” and “Jackie and Wilson” and ended up reaching double-platinum status. His next album, Wasteland, Baby!, launched Hozier to the very top of the Billboard album charts for the first time in his career.
