SOUTH MISSISSIPPI- If you haven’t cashed in on your 2015 Kemper refund, there is still time Mississippi Power officials announced Thursday.
While most of the refunds have been claimed, about 99.4 percent of them to be exact, $2.2 million is still unclaimed. If you think you or someone you know might be missing out on the cash that is yours you can find out on their website: www.mississippipower.com.
When you get to the site just click Customer Unclaimed Refund option and search your last name or business name in the search bar. If money is still owed to you it will appear and you’ll be asked to call 1-800-532-1502 and you will be helped in collecting your refund.
The company was originally required to pay back $300 million in rate increases to their customers.
